Hi Everyone,

Hope your New Year is off to a good start.

Our HOA President, Bruce Belfiore has put together a Community Update for the month of January, which provides information and details on what will be going on in our neighborhood in the near future. It includes items like the City of Long Beach - Spinnaker Bay Water Main Replacement Project (which will affect most of us), and other items such as the Wrought Iron Fence & Stucco Walls Project the Board is looking to get started on.
