March: Election Results, President's Report & Treasurer's Report

Good morning Spinnaker Bay Residents,

Hope everyone had a great weekend. First, the Spinnaker Bay HOA would like to thank all the Residents who participated and cast their ballots in this year's election for the two openings on the HOA Board of Directors. This year, approximately two-thirds of our Residents participated, which we view as a great and successful turn out.

On that note, we would like to congratulate Marc Kamyab and Lara Bazan for having been elected to represent the Community on the Spinnaker Bay Board of Directors. This will be Lara's first term and Marc's first full term serving on the Board of the HOA. Everyone is excited to be working together and are looking forward to the many positive things our new Board hopes to accomplish.

Our President of the Spinnaker Bay HOA Board of Directors, Bruce Belfiore, has provided below, the President's Report with summaries and information regarding items discussed during the February 23rd, Annual Meeting. The President's Report includes information and updates on items such as our neighborhood Landscaping, Seawall Maintenance Project, planned Wrought Iron Fence & Stucco Wall Repairs, as well as the Spinnaker Bay Water Main Replacement Project being completed by the City of Long Beach.
