September: Community Update & HOA Board Meeting Info

Hi Spinnaker Bay Neighbors,

Hope everyone had a great weekend! A big thank you to all who came out to our End of Summer Celebration on Sunday, the 19th! The Spinnaker Bay, Events Committee has been working hard to bring back some fun social activities to Spinnaker Bay. It was a great time and the perfect opportunity to reconnect with friends and meet new ones.

The Spinnaker Bay, Events Committee is extremely grateful for your support!

Thier next event will be a casual Happy Hour in the afternoon on Thursday, October 21st on the Main Greenbelt between Blue Cavern Pt and Empire Landing. Just bring your lawn chairs, blankets and beverage of choice and come hang out with your neighbors. We'll send out a reminder once we get a little closer to the date.

Now, lets get down to business...

The next HOA Board meeting is tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept 28th at Skipper's Cove at the Long Beach Yacht Club. The Regular Session of the meeting starts at 5pm. There will be updates on some of the projects you may have seen happening around the neighborhood. These include the repainting of our iron fences and the repairs of damaged stucco on the exterior walls around our homes, the repairs on the walkway around our marina and the sea wall and the latest info on the City of Long Beach, water main replacement project.
