Special Meeting of the Board on 04/09/2021 at 12:30pm to Discuss the ARC

Hi Neighbors,

The Spinnaker Bay, HOA Board would like to invite you to attend a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors to discuss the Architectural Review Committee. This meeting is to be held in-person and on Zoom, Friday April 9th at 12:30pm, at Marina Vista Park, just to the right of the playground area when you enter the parking lot.

Please note that due to current limitations the City of Long Beach has in place, we are only able to have 10 residents attend in person. If you would like to attend at the park, please RSVP with Ashley Boardman with Lordon Property Management at aboardman@mylordon.com and wait for confirmation for availability.
