Spinnaker Bay Water Main Replacement (Phase 1) - Open Forum Meeting

Happy Friday Spinnaker Bay Residents!

The Long Beach Water Department is set to begin Phase 1 of their water main replacement project in Spinnaker Bay starting August 22nd, with an approximate end date of June 2023.

To help keep Residents informed, the Homeowners Association has arranged an Open Forum Meeting on Tuesday, August 9th at 6pm. The meeting will take place on the large greenbelt between Empire Landing and Blue Cavern Point and will include the attendance of the Long Beach Water Department and their contractors. The meeting will allow Residents to get more information regarding LBWD's scope of work, their schedules, working hours, how this project will impact access to and from your home, water shutoffs, etc.

Please try to attend if you are available, as you will have the opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns that you may have. Please also remember to bring your lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
