Spotlight: SB Residents, Bonnie Nash And Don Wing Making A Difference for CSULB Students In Need

We'd like to take the opportunity to recognize two of the most generous and altruistic Residents in our Community. Bonnie Nash and her husband Don Wing have created a lunch program for Cal State Long Beach Students who have lost their jobs and are going hungry during the pandemic.

With the support of the ASI pantry, Bonnie and Don have created a program they've dubbed "The Lunch Program." It's a weekly project that takes place every Tuesday, with the participation of approximately 25 other Volunteers from our Community and a goal of making 200-400 bagged lunches available for pickup for CSULB students in need.

Please click on the "Alamitos Bay Neighbors Article" link in blue below for more details and information on how you can get involved.
