The Community Survey Results Are In!

Hi Spinnaker Bay Residents,
Board of Directors would like to thank everyone who participated in the Community Survey. It has provided the Board with a lot of great insight in regards to where the community stands on certain topics. There were a total of 137 responses received, representing 137 households amongst 241. There were 24 mail-in surveys sent to Lordon which were manually entered and combined with the 113 responses received online.
The Board also wants to thank you for all of your comments and suggestions, some of which really resonated with the Board. The Board of Directors hopes to use this insight to make more informed decisions regarding the needs and wants of this community. So without further ado...the survey says:

Quick reminder; The next HOA Board Meeting will take place next Tuesday, June 22nd at El Dorado Park @ 5pm. The Board of Directors moved the start time of the meeting later so that those who may be working have an opportunity to join. Please see address and information below:
