August 19th -- Meet & Greet + Happy Hour and Other Info...

Hi Spinnaker Bay Neighbors,

We’ve got lots going on. A reminder that the new Spinnaker Bay, Events Committee will be hosting their first neighborhood event today. It will be a casual Meet & Greet + Happy Hour this afternoon between 5-7pm, taking place on the big greenbelt between Blue Cavern Point and Empire Landing. Bring your blankets, chairs and favorite beverage and come mix, mingle and meet your neighbors.

When: Thursday, August 19th (Today) between 5-7pm

On a separate note, the Alamitos Bay Duffy Chargers (a Resident-run social group organized by Patty Civalleri and Carmen Bubar) are holding what sounds to be a really fun event, their Hot August Afternoon Float Party.

The Float Party will take place on Sunday, August 29th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm in Basin A between Salta Verde Point and Dunster Reserve. Bring your favorite pool float, beverages, and snacks. No motors/propellers, but everything else goes (kayaks, paddle boards, inflatables, noodles, etc.).

The Spinnaker Bay, Events Committee will be hosting an "End of Summer Bash," their first large formal event, on Sunday, September 19th, 2021. The event will take place from 12-5pm and will feature lawn games, music, food and ice cream. We would love to see you all there, so please mark your calendars. More details will follow as we get closer to the date of event.

Finally, a reminder about the upcoming HOA Board Meeting on Tuesday, August 24th.
