Update: Tree Trimming

Good morning Neighbors,

As some of you may have noticed, tree trimming has begun on the Palm Trees on Spinnaker Bay Drive. If you park your car on Spinnaker Bay Drive, please keep an eye out for signs posted on the Palm Trees to be trimmed the following day. We were told that this did not happen once or twice, however we have reminded our landscaping company to please do so moving forward.

In case you live on one of our private streets (i.e. Long Point, Empire Landing, etc.) and park your car on Spinnaker Bay Drive for a few days at a time, it is probably a good idea to check to see if signs have been posted where your car is parked daily over the course of the next week. Also, If you see an area where the Palm Trees have already been trimmed, you can park there with the peace of mind that you are in the clear.
